🏢
Company Name
e.g. Coinbase
📅
Date From
Start of search window
📅
Date To
End of search window
🔑
Keywords
Press Enter or comma after each keyword — optional but refines results
📰
Outlets to Add / Remove
Fine-tune which news sources appear — optional
🔑
How to Use Keywords
The Company Name + Keywords combo controls what the tool searches for

The tool combines Company Name and Keywords to build its search query. Here's how to set them for common scenarios:

📌 Example 1 — Earnings news
Goal:
Articles like "Coinbase has released their new earnings…"
Company Name:
Coinbase
Keywords:
earnings
📌 Example 2 — Quarterly results
Goal:
Articles about Coinbase's Q1 results
Company Name:
Coinbase
Keywords:
Q1
📌 Example 3 — General Coinbase coverage
Goal:
Any news mentioning Coinbase
Company Name:
Coinbase
Keywords:
Leave empty
Tips for Better Results
Speed and coverage optimizations
Smaller date ranges produce faster results
Fewer keywords means faster processing
Keywords are optional — leave empty for broad coverage
Best practice for maximum coverage Run two searches back-to-back for the best results:
① A full range — e.g., May 1 → May 4
② A single-day search — e.g., May 4 → May 4
This captures both indexed articles and the very latest ones.
🔄 Update Media Earning TAB 2

Use this after your initial Media Earning run to find only articles that are new since your last report — no duplicates.

📋
What You Need
Same fields as Media Earning, plus your existing report file
1
Fill in Email, Company Name, Date Range, and Keywords — same as a fresh Media Earning run
2
Upload the existing Media Earning XLSX you want to update
3
The tool compares fresh results against your uploaded file and returns only new articles
💡
Recommended daily workflow Start your day with a Media Earning run, then use Update Media Earning throughout the day. Each update gives you only what's new — keeping your report clean and duplicate-free.
📊 Social Earning TAB 3

Analyze social media performance by uploading your Meltwater export. Make sure the correct filters are applied in Meltwater before downloading.

📋
Required Inputs
Three things to provide
1
Enter your Email Address
2
Set Number of Handles — between 50 and 200
3
Upload your Meltwater report — must be filtered for X (Twitter) with the Engaging filter applied
⚠️
Upload Issue — Large Meltwater Files
Files are often too large to upload directly
⚠️
Meltwater files can be very large and may fail to upload To avoid upload errors, copy only the first ~250 rows of your Meltwater file into a new Excel file. Save it and upload that trimmed version instead — it uploads much faster and avoids timeouts.
🔄 Update Social Earning TAB 4

Use this to refresh engagement metrics on an existing Social Earning output. It re-fetches views, likes, and reposts.

📋
How It Works
Two simple steps
1
Enter your Email Address
2
Upload the output file from a previous Social Earning run — not the raw Meltwater file

🧵 Pre-Earning Roundtable TAB 5

Track key X/Twitter conversations by specific handles and keywords. The finished report is emailed as an XLSX file.

📋
Required Fields
Four inputs — end date is always today automatically
✉️
Email Address
XLSX report sent here
🐦
Handles
Comma-separated X usernames
🔑
Keywords
e.g. coinbase OR $COIN
📅
From Date
Format: MM-DD-YYYY
📌 Example input
Handles:
CoinbaseDuck, effortcapital, StockMKTNewz
Keywords:
coinbase
From Date:
04-19-2026
To Date:
Set automatically to today
📌
Always-Included Handles
These four accounts are automatically added to every Roundtable run

You don't need to add these — they are always included automatically. Their posts will appear in the report even without keyword matches.

@brian_armstrong
@emiliemc
@ShanAggarwal
@coinbase

💡
How other handles work differently For any handle you add manually, the tool will only include their posts if:
• Their post falls within your specified date range
• Their post contains one of your keywords
The four auto-included handles above bypass the keyword filter.
